Our adolescent and young adult therapists specialize in a supportive, collaborative approach to navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and identity barriers. Sessions are offered virtually, providing you with accessible care from the comfort of your own space. This format allows for consistency, flexibility, and focused therapeutic work. In person session are offered when availability allows.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker whose work is informed by years of clinical practice, research, and teaching in the field of social work. I have a particular interest in supporting young adults, and those navigating relational-based stress and pressures of academic and professional demands. I look forward to working with you to support work-life balance, stability, and meaningful change.
